Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at @savannanest.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used soap dispensers, opened cleaning products, or personal care items cannot be returned.
