At SavannaNest, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below to know what to expect when shopping with us.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 15 business days, depending on your location, courier schedules, and product availability.
We work with trusted South African courier partners to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Please note: during periods of high demand or when we’re awaiting new stock, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated on your order’s progress.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown on our website.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress online.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
We’ll do our best to assist you if there are any unexpected delays.
7. Wrong Address or Missing Information
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
SavannaNest is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to wrong or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at @savannanest.com so we can assist you.
